Welcome to the Tallahassee Outpatient Surgery Center virtual tour. We will be guiding you through your visit here at TOSC. When you enter our facility please proceeded to the reception counter to fill out any forms that my be required. Then have a seat and relax in our comfortable waiting area until you are called by a nurse.

Please visit our Patient Forms section. Here you can print out the patient registration form that will be required when you check-in. We hope this convenience will be time saving.
