Our goal at Tallahassee Outpatient Surgery Center (TOSC) is to make your experience as pleasant as possible. And this includes assuring smooth payment practices.
The following points will help us avoid confusion or any delay in your surgery.
- Please bring your driver's license (for identification) and insurance card each time you visit the TOSC.
- Be aware that you will be receiving three different bills – all related to your surgery. This will include one from the TOSC (reporting any remaining balance or co-pay following surgery), one from your physician/surgeon and one from the anesthesiologist.
- Please note that our billing office gives an estimate of services prior to the surgery, but this is only an estimate. Any remaining balance will be due within 30 days following your surgery.
