Welcome to the Tallahassee Outpatient Surgery Center. Our facility opened its doors in 1992 at the Tallahassee Outpatient Center. We are a state-of-the-art, multispecialty outpatient facility with surgical expertise in many areas, including orthopedics, urology, podiatry, ENT, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, general surgery, oral surgery and pain management. In September 1994, HCA Healthcare Corporation became a co-owner in our facility. We are licensed by the State of Florida, approved by the Federal Medicare program and maintain accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Our excellent nursing and business office staff at Tallahassee Outpatient Surgery center do everything possible to ensure our patients the very best in outpatient care. We have had an outstanding response from our previous patients concerning the quality care and efficient service received during their stay.
In January 2003 the Tallahassee Outpatient Surgery Center opened a new facility at Capital Medical Commons. This new state-of-the-art facility will provide the surgery center with 50% more space and allow us to better care for our patients.
